Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong model was selected at checkout by mistake (e.g., choosing the incorrect phone size). Each case is custom-made based on the selection made at the time of order, and we are unable to reuse or resell returned items.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@fumicase.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
