I’ll start by saying that the quality of these phone cases is excellent.
I had a small mishap with the customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong size case. When I asked for an exchange, they refused multiple times. I eventually gave up and accepted my loss. A few weeks later I heard from Fumi again and they apologized and were offering to send me TWO free cases as an apology. I wish the process would have been friendlier from the start, however I am very happy now that everything has been sorted.

I like the case it fits my phone perfectly and looks very nice. I haven't dropped my phone yet so idk how it is after it falls but it should be fine.

This case is amazing. Sleek, robust, and feels great in the hand. Design is fabulous and compliments all around
