I’ll start by saying that the quality of these phone cases is excellent.
I had a small mishap with the customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong size case. When I asked for an exchange, they refused multiple times. I eventually gave up and accepted my loss. A few weeks later I heard from Fumi again and they apologized and were offering to send me TWO free cases as an apology. I wish the process would have been friendlier from the start, however I am very happy now that everything has been sorted.
